Adult Sessions

The OPC adult program is simply an extension of our athlete development program, with the odd addition of certain elements to cater for the individual needs of that cohort. If you are wanting to stay engaged and injury free with the sport you love, getting ready for an overseas trip or want to improve overall athletic qualities, such as, cardiovascular fitness, range of movement, strength and core stability our adult program is perfect for you.

All Adult sessions take place in a small group training environment with a maximum of 10 in each group to ensure we continue to provide only the best tailor made service to each of our members.

Adult memberships start from as little as $30 per week. Adults can also choose to work with our coaches in a one on one environment.

The Adult membership package includes:

2 x Functional Strength and Conditioning sessions per week.

Focusing on foundation strength, effective movement patterns, injury prevention, core strength and stability as well as general aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

2 x Movement and Mobility
sessions per week.

Focusing on injury prevention, active and passive ranges of movement, stability and posture correction.

1 x Pool based
session per week.

These sessions are divided into two programs.

Focuses on sprint and endurance paddling, swimming fitness and stroke correction, board wipe-out scenarios, introduction to underwater weighted crawling, jumping and running.Β 

Designed for those that have already completed an introductory session with Nam Baldwin through his Breath Enhancement program. This is where you are presented with the opportunity to practise underwater breathing techniques and drills designed by Nam under the watchful eye of our head coach.
