Is the OPC only for athletes?

Not at all! While we train elite and developing athletes, OPC is for anyone looking to move, perform, and feel like an athlete. Whether you're a weekend warrior, a younger developing lover of your sport, or just someone wanting to level up your strength and fitness. Our expert coaches tailor programs to suit all abilities, ensuring you get the most out of every session. Reach out today, and let’s find the best path for you.

Do you do classes?

No, and here’s why: True progress requires a plan. Instead of generic group sessions, we focus on individualised, coach-led programming designed around your specific needs. This ensures structured progression, targeted adaptations, and injury prevention, something group classes simply can’t offer. Programs are delivered via the TeamBuildr app, giving you the flexibility to train when it suits you while still having expert guidance every step of the way.

What are the opening hours and do I need to book in?

Our hours can be found on the Contact page. If you're new to OPC, we recommend reaching out first so we can help you get started with the right program. We will run you through the standard processes whereby you don't need to book in for anything.

What facilities are on site?

OPC is fully equipped with a high-performance training space, featuring elite strength and conditioning equipment designed for maximum results. But it’s not just about training—we also provide a dedicated recovery zone with an infrared sauna, ice baths, and massage chairs, so you can train hard and recover even better.  We also utilise a suite of VALD performance testing technology to assess, track, and optimise your athletic ability. From force plates to dynamometers and NordBord hamstring testing, we use cutting-edge data to pinpoint strengths, identify weaknesses, and tailor your program for peak performance and injury prevention. Train smarter with real, measurable results.

Do you do personal training? 

We do however due to how the OPC runs our coaches availability is very limited.

Do you do online coaching? 

Yes we do, we offer an extensive online platform delivering programs worldwide all accompanied with explanations, videos and regular online catch ups.

What age can I start? What ages do you cater for? 

Age is simply a number, we prefer to look at maturation levels. That is, as long as you are coachable, respectful, can follow instructions, and work well with others, there are no age limits. We currently have athletes as young as 10 and as young at heart as 67.

Do you look after large groups / sporting teams? 

Yes, our team is currently involved with several local schools/colleges and several different national sporting organisations. If you are a local sporting group or club, one of our expert coaches can come to you, your team can come to us or we even offer a mix of both. 

Can I access mindset and performance / Breath enhancement sessions if I don't train at the OPC?

Yes you can, Kerry Keightley the founder of OPC has a psychology background and can be booked in one on one environments for Mindset and Performance work. Kerry also works with Nam Baldwin and the team at Breath Enhancement Training that run regular monthly sessions. Mindset and Breath Enhancement can be done individually but also work just as effectively when delivered to large groups, sporting teams and organisations.
